Problem
Parking deck cracking and leaking to the floor below.
Solution
Routed out crack in parking deck and sealed. Removed car stops and stored until traffic membrane was installed. Installed a BASF traffic bearing membrane and 3 coat system with Silica sand to create a nonskit surface. Restriped and reinstalled car stops with epoxy adhesive.
