Problem
The building needed complete waterproofing, re-caulking, re-glazing, stucco repair. The building has termites which caused delamination of stucco substrate.
Solution
Repair stucco, extensive damage to the first level of the building. Re-caulked all expansion joint, re-glazed window. Apply three coats of Dow Corning All Guard. All metal surfaces with Sherwin Williams Kem Kromick Primer, topcoat industrial enamel.
