Problem
Atmospheric staining along with debris from exhaust, stacks depositing of soot that turns black and sticks very well to the galvanized roof.
Solution
Utilize 4 - hot water pressure washers, 180-degree water temperature @ 8 GPM, to remove black soot/residue off of the roof, approximately 40,000 sq. ft. This process will bring the roof back to a new looking condition.
