Problem

7-year unclean building facade, had mold and mildew growth on the building facade.

Solution

Utilize an 80 ft. man lift to access two elevations and used a swing stage rig to access two other sides. Presoaked facade with a mild detergent, washed the entire exterior of the building with a hot water pressure washer.
